>The Topping D50s is the direct evolution of the D50, a proven DAC that is particularly appreciated by many customers and audiophiles. While this new model is largely based on the design and architecture of its little brother, the main evolution is in connectivity since the D50s now offers Bluetooth support. The device can now also be controlled via remote control and its audio performance has been revised upwards.
>The D50s is one of the best components on the market for high quality rendering and an advanced audio experience. Thus, the core of the device is composed of two ESS ES9038Q2M conversion chips operating in parallel so that all channels benefit from a detailed signal and are processed with precision. In addition, these chips, combined with the other components of the device, allow the D50s to support high sampling rates up to PCM 32bit 768kHz, DSD512 and DoP64.

TOPPING D50s DAC is certified by the Japan Audio Society for wired and wireless Hi-Res Audio. The Bluetooth 5.0 CSR8675 chip supports AAC/SBC/aptX/aptX-LL/aptX-HD/LDAC codecs. At the same time, Bluetooth can be easily turned off from the main menu or by using the remote control.

The TOPPING D50s has an ultra-low level distortion (THD+N) reaching as low as 0.00025% and high SINAD levels of 112dB.
>XMOS XU208 USB Chip & Custom Thesycon Drivers
TOPPING D50s uses the latest XU208 USB interface chip. Customized Thesycon drivers are included To provide better support for high PCM sample rates and DSD.
>High-Performance OPA 1612 & LME49720 Op-Amps
1*LME49720 op-amp from TI plus 2*OPA OPA1612 SoundPlus™ High-Performance, Bipolar-Input Audio Operational Amplifiers with 1.1nV/√Hz Noise, Low THD and Precision. The excellent performance of the op-amps ensures high-fidelity signal transmission. The included LME49720 is socket mounted so that DIYers can swap the op-amp to get a different sound.

The unibody of D50s is CNC machined from a solid block of aluminum. It provides better mechanical strength, stability, and better anti-interference.
