Filled with calming lavender and eye-soothing flaxseeds, lightly blended with drops of lavender and sweet orange essential oil; the pillows help calm the mind and enhance relaxation while subtly adding weight over the eyes and completely blocking out light. Ways To Use This Pillow:
- Aromatherapy - Place pillow over eyes, forehead or back of the neck for relaxation, sleep, headache, stress relief.
- Use as a hot/cold pack to relieve muscle pain, menstrual cramp, headache.
- Yoga & Meditation – The acupressure from the pillow weight makes it beneficial for yoga and meditation. It can be used throughout your restorative yoga session and in savasana at the end of a yoga practice.

Made with 100% cotton fabric and filled with flaxseeds, lavender, essential oils. For hygiene reasons, the inner pillow is pre-washed prior to filling up the contents. Do not wash the inner pillow. Outer pillow case is removable and washable. Size is approximately 29cm long x 11cm wide.
Pillow will be packed in recyclable, re-useable box, tied with ribbon, ready for gifting.
